Our Story

Built by operators
who've been there

Founded in 2012, AER Holdings was built on a simple conviction: that the healthcare and wellness industry is full of talented clinicians and passionate entrepreneurs who are underserved by the capital and operational infrastructure they need to scale.

We started by building our own — acquiring and operating EcoMed, then launching BioVella, and most recently bringing RF Living into the portfolio. Each acquisition taught us how to be better operators, better partners, and better stewards of businesses that touch people's lives every day.

AER is not a passive investor. We roll up our sleeves. Our team works directly alongside portfolio company leadership on operations, marketing, technology, and strategy — because we know that's what actually moves the needle.
